Crews began working on the 11,000-sq. ft. clubhouse, pools, outdoor recreation areas last October!
ICI Homes broke ground on the $10 million dollar amenity center late last year. The 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, pools, and outdoor recreation is planned to include nearly 4,500 square feet of fitness area inside the clubhouse.
While permitting is currently taking place for the next phase of Tamaya, Bella Nika, site work is currently on schedule with a completion date of 2016.
