Inventory homes
As of this writing, only two inventory homes remain available. These also are two of our most popular floor plans, the Charlotte and the Serena II, and each floor plan is on a 50-foot lot.
The 2,106-square-foot Charlotte is a one-level home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-vehicle garage. Ready for occupancy, this Charlotte inventory home features open-living dining, living and kitchen spaces bathed in natural light thanks to numerous windows and trifold sliding glass doors.
An island separates the kitchen from lounging spaces, and the owners suite is tucked at the rear of the Charlotte for privacy, with two other bedrooms near the front of the home.
