Our Vision Center officially opened this past Saturday, March 22, for pre-scheduled VIP tours. While models were not yet ready to tour, guests received the first look at future plans for the community and floor plan information via a visual touch screen presentation. The demand for new homes significantly surpassed our expectations as several lots have already been reserved!
During the presentations, a favorite feature among guests was the impressive Amenity Center.
As the crown jewel of Tamaya, the grand community center will serve as the centerpiece for a rich mix of activities including dining, meeting, fitness, swimming, tennis, basketball and all-around gathering and relaxing.
The 10,000-square-foot clubhouse (pictured above) will feature the grand salon, meeting rooms for all occasions, and an enormous state-of-the-art fitness center complete with group exercise rooms and changing facilities.
Adjoining recreational areas feature a spa, garden, four tennis courts and a resort-style, zero entry pool, stunning pavilion flanked by roman-style aqueducts and a cozy pool cabana bar; all surrounded by courtyards, pathways and a massive event lawn for community-centered activities.
Keep in mind that the only way you can take advantage of pre-construction pricing is through a scheduled VIP appointment. If you rather visit our Vision Center when the model homes are available to tour, you can visit our model park starting on April 26th as the homes will become available to the public during Northeast Florida’s Parade of Homes.
